Does Cue replace my CRM?+

No. Cue runs next to your CRM, not instead of it. Keep using HoneyBook, Dubsado, Tave, or whatever you have for contracts, invoicing, and project tracking. Cue handles one thing — the timed emails around each session — and it does it without breaking when your CRM ships an update.

Will Cue write my emails for me?+

No — and that's on purpose. Your emails are the part of your business that makes you sound like you. We don't touch them. Write them in whatever voice you already write in. We just deliver them, on schedule.

How does Cue know when my session is?+

Enter it manually, paste it from a calendar invite, or connect a webhook from your CRM. When a new project is created, Cue auto-enrolls it in your sequence and anchors every email to the session date. If the date changes, every scheduled email reschedules with it.

What happens if an email fails?+

You hear about it before your client does. Every send has a delivery log. If anything fails — bounced address, provider issue, anything — you get an alert. No silent drops. That's the whole point.
